Interesting results from this year's annual APD ranking of the bars that most drivers stopped for driving while intoxicated reported having their last cocktail before hitting the road.

First and foremost, congrats to the Womacks + 1, whose four popular bars like The Marq and Chuggin' Monkey, did not show up at all on the list. Their newest acquisition, Molotov, ranks at the bottom of the list but from what I'm told they didn't buy it until the end of 2008 so I doubt they're responsible for the majority of the statistics. Apparently, Brad & Chad's chiseled features are enough to sober up even the drunkest of GSD&M employees. The former Bachelor (proper noun) and present bachelor (noun) stated that he's "proud of his employees." Swoon away, ladies.

Moving on to less positive results: 4th Street, where two of the most prominent gay bars, Rain & Oilcan Harry's, fall in the top spots. Seriously guys? Call me. If it's the weekend, odds are I won't be able to give you a sober ride home, but I will let you share a cab with me.

In the third spot we have The Ranch, which really should be re-named The Tool, on West 6th. And, because it never gets old, I leave you with my investigative report on The Ranch and a reminder that whatever your sexuality (Bachelor/Gay/Tool), driving while intoxicated is never hot.
